Craig began his commissioning career with an apprenticeship in Hong Kong at the age of 16, working his way up to the position of Project Manager. As an independent consultant he has delivered commissioning work on projects for prominent owners and operators including MGM, HSBC, AIG and JP Morgan Chase, accumulating over fifteen years of hands-on building commissioning experience across Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and the Philippines.
His technical scope spans LEED Commissioning Authority (CxA), MEPF Commissioning Management, Data Center commissioning to Uptime Institute standards for mission-critical and hospitality facilities throughout South East Asia.
He leads the CxM Philippines team in delivering exceptional quality assurance. Design Intent, Delivered on every client project.
